The retreat kicks off on Thursday afternoon. We’ll dive into sessions that will help you get to know yourself and other retreat attendees. This retreat is intentionally kept small so you can develop new friendships and support!
One of the most loved moments from last year returns as we gather for a beach bonfire, a time to slow down, reflect, laugh, and connect in a setting that invites you to simply be present. We’re also planning a few additional surprises throughout the weekend to create moments of joy, depth, and connection you won’t expect but won’t forget.
The weekend will end with the Joy Ball, a beautiful celebration of everything you’ve experienced together, and a fundraiser for Rachel's non-profit, I'm Changing the Narrative. It’s a night to dress up, let your guard down, and step fully into joy, connection, and community.
By the end of the weekend, you won’t just leave with new insights—you’ll leave with relationships, memories, and a renewed sense of how you want to lead, love, and live moving forward.
